I feel like Windows 10 is the issue as my phone will pair and a single arduino serial terminal works fine. I have written code in python to "find" bluetooth devices and the HM-18 does not show up, but I do get some other things. When i pair my Windows 10 computer with the HM-18 it will do it, but only for a second and the HM-18 will either go back to pairing mode or it looks like it shuts off (no LED at all). The dongle does show up as COM3 for incoming.
